1. Free Software
AppPlayer, Studio, the Pro edition, and the open-source core are free to download and use. No payment is required to access these products, so there is nothing to refund in this category.
2. 14-Day Refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This applies to all Marketplace transactions billed by us — including one-time purchases of bundles, servers, and hubs, as well as subscription charges.
3. Enterprise Licensing
Enterprise and commercial runtime licensing arrangements are billed by invoice and governed by the terms of the applicable quote and contract, not by this policy.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Charges are billed by us. A refund is returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@makemind.app with your account email and your order or transaction reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
